How long does charging take, and how long can I use GL12?
GL12 materials list Type-C charging and approximately 2 hours to charge. Charging and call-duration figures differ between source materials, and translation runtime is not specified. Confirm the delivered configuration and test conditions with a sample; the published figures are reference values.
How many languages are supported?
Product materials list 165 languages for GL12. The language list, supported modes, internet requirements, service fees and regional availability need verification for the current app. Request a demonstration of your required language pair.
Does GL12 work with Android and iPhone?
GL12 uses EYEVUE as its companion app. Minimum Android and iOS versions and regional app-store availability still need confirmation. Send us your phone model and operating-system version so we can check compatibility before you buy.
How do I place a wholesale or OEM order?
Send your required quantity, destination and customisation needs through WhatsApp. Wholesale MOQ: smart glasses 100 pcs; audio glasses 300 pcs. OEM MOQ: smart glasses 500 pcs; audio glasses 1,000 pcs; earphones 1,000 pcs; watches 2,000 pcs. We confirm the specification and quote, discuss sample evaluation, agree branding and delivery details, then confirm the order. Payment terms, delivery schedule, freight and applicable taxes must be confirmed in the quotation before an order is placed.
How do I export recordings or meeting transcripts?
Export options depend on the companion app and firmware. Supported formats, sharing methods and the transcription workflow are not yet specified. Ask for a current demonstration and confirm your required file format before ordering; we do not assume PDF, Word or text export is included.
When is photo recognition or text extraction useful?
Typical use cases include identifying everyday objects and extracting text from signs, labels or printed materials. Availability depends on the selected app configuration. Lighting, focus and language can affect results. Confirm support with a sample of the material you plan to use.

The warranty lasts 1 year from receipt. Report an abnormality within 14 days of receipt. For a confirmed product-quality issue, the affected goods must be returned and replacement units are included with the next shipment.
Damage caused by the user is not covered. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-quality reasons. Contact us for the return instructions, shipping-cost allocation and handling of faults reported after the first 14 days.

Sample fee
Sample prices are quoted individually. Pay the sample fee first; it is deducted from a subsequent order that meets the applicable MOQ. Shipping charges are excluded from the deduction.
Stock and delivery
Total stock across all models: 100,000+ units. Availability for your selected model and configuration is confirmed before ordering.
OEM bulk orders typically take 1–2 working weeks after material confirmation. The schedule is agreed for the specific product; sample and ready-stock dispatch times are confirmed separately.
Payment and shipping
EXW terms apply. Settlement is mainly in USD. Domestic delivery to your freight forwarder in China can be arranged; the transport cost and payment details are agreed in the quotation.
